STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS

Envirospec, Inc. is a qualified firm of environmental professionals offering consulting in the administration and management of environmental compliance since 1995. Envirospec specializes in the assessment and remediation of soil and groundwater contaminated with petroleum products, solvents, pesticides, metals and other hazardous materials. Our mission is simple: provide outstanding customer service and a quality work product at a fair price.

Envirospec, Inc. is a minority small business owned and operated by licensed professionals. The staff of Envirospec offers practical experience in the fields of chemistry, geology, hydrogeology, engineering, environmental science and hazardous materials management. Envirospec offers its clients the personal attention and response of not only senior project personnel but also the opportunity to directly interface with management who has the authority to make critical decisions regarding contractual agreements. Typically our clients include banks, attorneys, real estate professionals, engineers, environmental service firms, utilities, public administrations and private commercial entities.

Specific Envirospec services include:

•  Phase I/Phase II Investigations - for real estate transactions, due diligence activities, contamination assessments.  

•  Assessment Data Acquisition and Interpretation - in air, soil and/or water

•  Remediation Services - feasibility studies, remedial design, construction drawings and specifications, permitting, remedial construction management and oversight, remedial system troubleshooting, operation and maintenance, and site monitoring.

•  Hazardous Materials Management Services - emergency response and management, training programs, compliance audits, and establishment of policies and procedures for minimization and/or disposal of hazardous waste.

•  Chemical Characterization and Disposal Services - for abandoned materials, lab packs. and infectious, radioactive, and explosive materials.

Envirospec's staff has established long term working relationships with key regulatory personnel at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP), at the State, District and County levels. Envirospec's staff has exceptionally strong relationships with FDEP personnel in Palm Beach, Broward and Dade Counties for direct interpretation and interfacing for immediate project management.
